Tina and Amanda

Tina Louise was an American actor, singer as well as a writer. She is most famously well-known for her role as Ginger Grant from the TV series Gilligan's Island. In the 1950s, she launched her acting career on stage in Bettle Davis' musical Two's Company. In the following years, she appeared in numerous Broadway productions until she made it big on the national theatre arena with Li'lAbner's in the year 1957. That same year, she launched her first album of songs, called It's the time for Tina. Louise embarked on a journey to Hollywood acting as Griselda Walden, a character from God's little Acre, a dramatic film that debuted in 1958.The film won acclaim from the public and Louise got an award called the Golden Globe Award in the New Star of the Year category. She enrolled into Actors Studio in New York and developed her association to Lee Strasberg as his student. Louise joined CBS in 1964 as Ginger Grant. Louise did not stop juggling her work from Broadway as well as Hollywood, portraying more somber roles as opposed to her perception of being the glamorous girl. Amanda Tapping..........................Amanda Tapping is best known for her acting roles as Samantha Carter in the series Stargate. The SG-1 series, as well as Helen Magnus on Sanctuary. Recently, she's been a renowned director of the most popular TV shows, including Supernatural as well as The 100. Born in Essex Ontario, on the 28th August 1965, her family moved to Toronto at the age of three. The city was her home for the first part of her childhood there before moving to Toronto for her adolescence. She settled in Vancouver following her selection for the role of Samantha Carter.
