April Bowlby

April Bowlby, an American model and actress from the United States. She has been known for her role as Kandi in the CBS comedy series Two and a Half Men Stacy Barrett on Drop Dead Diva as well as Rita Farr on Titans and Doom Patrol. April Michelle Bowlby is an American actor, best famous for her character Stacy Barrett in the American Legal Comedy drama/fantasy television series Drop Dead Diva and Kandi on the comedy series Two and a Half Men. Her modeling career started with modeling, and then she branched out into film as well as television shows. Her first appearance on small screen was in the series CSI: Crime Scene Investigation and was followed by appearances on a single episode in various other shows. On Two and a Half Men, Bowlby was cast as Kandi. Bowlby has earned worldwide attention due to her character, Stacy Barrett, in the successful series Drop Dead Diva. Bowlby played the role as Rita Farr/Elastigirl for the American web-based show Titans. The actress will reprise her character in a spinoff from the Doom Patrol series. Bowlby has also appeared in TV films, including Sands of Oblivion and The Wrong Daughter. The actress made her debut on the big screen with All Roads Lead Home, then appeared in The Slammin Salmon as well as From Prada to Nada. She took ballet classes and French in Moorpark College before deciding to make a go of it as an actor. She trained with Ivana Chaubbuck. She got an appearance on a TV production (Kandi, Two and a Half Men), just a few months after having her Hollywood audition. Bowlby has been on numerous TV shows, including CSI with the role of Kaitlin Rackish in 2004 CSI: NY as Jenny Lee in 2005. She also appeared on CSI: NY as Jenny Lee. Freddie as Sydney in 2005, Stacked in 2005 as Jasmine in 2005, and How I Met Your Mother in the role of Meg in the year 2007. In the past, Bowlby took on the role as Natasha on All Roads Lead Home a film that was released in 2007 and follows a 12 year old girl who loses her mother in an automobile accident. Bowlby has been cast in the comedy movie The Slammin Salmon as Mia. The actress lives in Los Angeles. The blonde has natural hair and eyes of blue. She was never married, and has she has no children.
