She's worked with leaders from a wide range of sectors, helping them to improve their businesses, particularly when they are experiencing rapid development. She has been a key partner to translate human and business strategies into strategic goals for enterprises and plans has been a part of organizational and performance planning as well as employee engagement, and change management. She's passionate about learning and envisions developing team and leadership as the key competitive advantages. She has worked with Fortune 500 companies and small to midsize businesses, developing leaders and coaching them with evidence-based outcomes.
